Vijay Iyeris a Science Policy Program Associate at the Federation of American Scientists. He has a background in developmental neuroscience, cognitive neuroscience, photography, and biomedical science policy. He has an MS in Biomedical Science Policy and Advocacy from Georgetown University and presented at the 2021 Georgetown Nuclear Summit on the ethics and potential health of effects of cosmic radiation on cognition.
Previously, he was a Content Manager at The Vannevar Group, a non-partisan science policy organization. At George Mason, he did spatial memory, fear conditioning, and developmental neuropharmacology research. His policy interests include space, global health, next generation technologies, and environment.
